Job Overview

  • In support of the Technical Manager of MOTUL in the USA, and in link with Regulatory & Product Safety Coordinator based in Brazil for South America
  • Covering regulatory overview for the USA and Canada

Compensation

  • Contract type: VIE (French International Program)
  • Start date: Summer 2023
  • Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of environment, health, and safety (EHS) are considered to maintain product compliance for USA/Canada
  • Piloting the local operation in link with Business, Technical Manager, and Motul Group's Product Safety and Regulatory Department (RSPG)
  • Developing and enforcing the RSPG processes for compliance and EHS data registrations produced
  • Managing the product regulatory documentation (Material Safety Data Sheets and others)
  • Ensuring regulatory control of product registration processes for all areas

Requirements

  • Candidate profile
    • Mandatory: the candidates must meet the requirements for a VIE
    • Higher education with specialization in Management QSE/Regulatory/Chemistry
    • First experience in Management QSE/Regulatory
    • Fluent in English (level C1) and Spanish (elementary)
    • Qualities: discretion, rigor, critical thinking, ability to prioritize, ability to summarize
    • Knowledge of SAP software is required
