Job Overview
The Virtual Nurse Aide Trainer is responsible for conducting virtual lectures to nurse aide students.
Compensation
- Pay: From $30.00 per hour
- Job Types: Part-time, Internship
- Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual lectures to nurse aide students
- Ensure audience engagement, comprehension, and provide coaching as necessary
- Track student progress and help students feel prepared for quizzes and State Exam
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse with long Term Care Experience
- Train the Trainer preferred
- Experience working with zoom and elearning platforms
- Ability to teach different types of learners in real-time to suit different levels of understanding and participation
