Quality Medical Onc PC is a small business in Flushing, NY. We are professional and collaborative. Our work environment includes a relaxed atmosphere. We are currently seeking a Front Desk candidate for our medical office. Conversational Chinese is needed.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $18.00 to $25.00
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
- Assist with insurance verification and billing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
