Job Overview

We are seeking a summer Legal Intern to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role will involve working directly with attorneys and staff at our law firm. The successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of legal terminology, case procedures, and be able to efficiently handle administrative tasks. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Compensation

  • Job Types: Contract, Internship
  • Pay: $1.00 - $15.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Travel requirement: No travel
  • Language: Mandarin (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • File documents and papers in their proper place.
  • Provide support to other office staff.
  • Answer telephones and greet visitors.
  • Be familiar with legal terminology and processes.
  • Understand how to research common legal questions.
  • Organize filing systems and maintain records.
  • Prepare court paperwork or other legal documents.
  • Customer maintenance and marketing skills are preferred.
