Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic person to support the Lead Planner in organizational and behind-the-scenes planning needs. If you have the characteristics above, want to work in a hands-on environment and are able to work under pressure, we want you! Hours vary.

Compensation

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Manage documents including, timelines, floor plans, etc.
  • Coordinate transportation and guest shuttles
  • Assist with and oversee design layout
  • Contact vendors to inquire about availability, pricing, etc. on behalf of clients
  • Communicate vendor updates with Lead Planner and clients
  • Performs related duties as assigned or apparent

Requirements

Experience:

  • Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
