The Medical Team, a top-ranked healthcare services company, is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resource Assistant to join our TEAM. This is a temporary position/open to internship.
Compensation
- Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
- Job Types: Temporary, Internship
- Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Assist HR team with hiring and screening potential candidates
- Prepare, track and organize all new hire documents
- Assist Recruiting staff with conducting screening of candidates and displaying job postings on different websites
- Assist in new hire onboarding
- Provide general administrative support to HR Department and HR Manager
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
- Solid work experience with the ability to provide outstanding professional references
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional time management
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and re-organize daily tasks to meet business needs
- Education: Associate (Required)
- Experience: Microsoft Office - 1 year (Required)
