Job Overview
- Working in Membrane R&D lab to support the development of next generation membranes for bioprocessing industry
- Hands-on position mentored by Membrane Scientists
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Production, Quality Systems)
- Solving technical challenges with systematic approach
- Applying fundamentals of science and engineering
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Helping membrane scientist with development of improved formulations and processes for making microporous membranes
- Characterizing microporous membranes using various test methods
- Using analytical instruments such as FTIR, UV-vis spectrophotometer, HPLC, Goniometer, Porometer, etc.
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for existing and new processes, and test methods
- Analyzing test results and writing technical reports
- Making technical presentations
Requirements
- Pursuing undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Material Engineering, Polymer Science/Polymer Chemistry, Material Science
