Our goal is to encourage today's youth to emerge into a sport or discipline and form part of our teams while providing a set of fundamental values such as discipline, leadership, and teamwork among other values to reinforce the sports-based foundation in their lives from a young age. As a volleyball coach at Discipline Rift, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals to help our players achieve their full potential and improve their performance on the court. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmental volleyball classes to students in grades k-5, while teaching the life lessons and values that we get from the sports. This is a great opportunity for a coach who is looking for a challenging and rewarding position with good pay and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes.
Compensation
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and developmental volleyball classes to students in grades k-5
- Teach life lessons and values through coaching
- Work with large groups and effectively communicate and motivate players
Requirements
- Strong background in volleyball coaching
- Passionate about the sport
- Comfortable working with large groups
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
