Job Overview
- Act as analytics thought leader
- Perform analyses of historical data to drive business strategy using advanced analytical methods
- Visualize and tell compelling stories with data
- Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement
- Explain higher level statistical methods and analytical results to diverse audience
- Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality and accuracy
- Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into analytical approach, and lead project through completion
- Mentor, coach, train, and develop junior analysts
- Utilize knowledge of business and analytics and share with team members
- Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.

Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business partners to develop data-driven strategies
- Mentor and support junior analysts
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or closely related field
- 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Amazon Web Services (AWS), A/B Testing, Statistical Forecasting and Machine Learning, Building Dashboards, and Adobe Analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and feedback from users and stakeholders
