Job Overview

  • Act as analytics thought leader
  • Perform analyses of historical data to drive business strategy using advanced analytical methods
  • Visualize and tell compelling stories with data
  • Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement
  • Explain higher level statistical methods and analytical results to diverse audience
  • Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality and accuracy
  • Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into analytical approach, and lead project through completion
  • Mentor, coach, train, and develop junior analysts
  • Utilize knowledge of business and analytics and share with team members
  • Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop data-driven strategies
  • Mentor and support junior analysts

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or closely related field
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Amazon Web Services (AWS), A/B Testing, Statistical Forecasting and Machine Learning, Building Dashboards, and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and feedback from users and stakeholders
