Job Overview

  • Work with individuals with autism (age range of 3-22) to learn adaptive living skills, socialization, and communication.
  • Practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
  • Responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services.

Compensation

  • Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

  • Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
  • COVID-19 considerations: Staff members are not required to get the COVID-19 vaccine or wear masks at this time.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Lindale, TX 75771: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  • License/Certification: RBT Certification (Preferred)
  • Work Location: One location

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with autism in learning adaptive living skills, socialization, and communication.
  • Implement behavior-analytic services under supervision.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work flexible hours between 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
  • RBT Certification preferred.
