Job Overview
- Work with individuals with autism (age range of 3-22) to learn adaptive living skills, socialization, and communication.
- Practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services.
Compensation
- Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
- Benefits: Dental insurance, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time off, Professional development assistance, Vision insurance
- Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
- COVID-19 considerations: Staff members are not required to get the COVID-19 vaccine or wear masks at this time.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Lindale, TX 75771: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- License/Certification: RBT Certification (Preferred)
- Work Location: One location

- Implement behavior-analytic services under supervision.
Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours between 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
- RBT Certification preferred.
