We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Counter Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
As an Automotive Counter Sales Representative, you will:
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person or over the phone
- Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores
- Welcome retail customers and ensure a positive consumer experience
- Utilize technology, including computers, cash registers, telephone, and paper catalog systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience in a parts store or the automotive industry
- High School Diploma or GED, with technical or trade school courses or degree
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers
- Background and/or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
