Job Overview

Limitless ABA is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and help children reach their full potential.

Compensation

  • Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
  • Medical specialties: Pediatrics
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, After school, Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends
  • Work setting: Clinic, In-person, Outpatient
  • COVID-19 considerations: We will sanitize surfaces and toys multiple times daily

Responsibilities

  • Direct implementation of individualized programs based on ABA principles to increase functional skills
  • Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent strategies to promote appropriate behaviors
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to manage challenging behaviors through Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Conduct Preference Assessments to identify potential reinforcers
  • Collect accurate data for each targeted skill and behavior
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines in all communications
  • Write and update daily session notes
  • Adhere to the RBT Code of Ethics
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and support the BCBA
  • Maintain professionalism in high-stress situations
  • Engage and interact with children in a positive and fun manner
  • Wear a face mask as requested by parents or consumers

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Active and certified RBT via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Completion of a 40-hour training program based on the current RBT Task List
  • Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment
  • Yearly recertification required
  • Active CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Comfortable working with children between the ages of 2-14
