Job Overview

  • Work with Managers and Supervisors to help enforce policies, procedures, and practices on Human Resources matters.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily employment and employee relations.
  • Address employee relations issues: conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Support leaders with onboarding and offboarding activities new employee training, stay interviews, exit interviews, etc.
  • Support benefits administration (including annual enrollment, life event approvals and process, billing, communication, and overall support to employees).
  • Run reports and gather data for reporting purposes; this includes EEOC and ACA 1095-C.
  • Main point of contact for leaves of absence, FMLA, worker’s compensation.
  • Provide advice and counsel to leaders to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness.
  • Oversee compliance requirements. Assist with staying up to date on changes in employment law, legal requirements, and reporting regulations.
  • Conduct training for supervisors and managers on a wide variety of topics.
  • Manage the Performance Management and annual review program.
  • Assist in managing learning, development, and training programs.
  • Ability to assist with full cycle recruiting. Screen and interview candidates for open positions. Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the process is positive and timely.
  • Source talent through events and opportunities for engagement via events.
  • Recruit high-performing individuals. In partnership with recruitment organizations, develop creative and innovative strategies to recruit high potential talent.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Director, as needed.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Back up to HR Coordinator duties including new hire orientation and onboarding.

Compensation

This is a salaried, exempt position. Compensation range for this position is $72,462 to $108,693.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources required.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail required.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with HRIS and ATS. Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Exhibits critical thinking, excellent judgement, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation and takes initiative.
  • Ability to produce quality output while working within deadlines.
  • Proven ability to interact and perform all job responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proven understanding of general HR policies and procedures required.
