Job Overview
- Leading and managing 1-2 laborers to complete outdoor hardscape projects
- Scope of projects includes paving stone patios/walkways/driveways, natural stone, concrete, sitting walls, retaining walls, firepits, outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living areas
- Studying and understanding project drawings and specifications, reviewing plans with supervisor when needed
- Planning and organizing to ensure materials are available to complete the job
- Communicating with customers to ensure a smooth installation and to retain/build strong relationships
- Working with sales and management staff to maintain efficiency and quality of project installation
- Reporting on project status, concerns, and recommendations with supervisor
- Completing project paperwork or digital entry to track job materials and labor hours daily
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including job sites, vehicles, and equipment
Compensation
- Up to $30/hour
- Relocation package available
- Weekly pay
- Paid vacation time and holiday pay

- This is a full-time seasonal position with winter work available
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 3 years of hardscape installation experience preferred or applicable real-world work experience
- Valid PA driver’s license with medical card to drive vehicle 26,000 lbs or under
- Ability to tow and use equipment such as skid loader, mini excavator, tiller, edger, chain saw, weed whacker, muck truck, power tools, hand tools, etc.
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-disciplined
