Job Overview
An ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. This rare opening is ideal for an attorney, ready to take their career to the next level with a highly reputable class action firm. We work closely with CELA, NELA and other state and national organizations.
Compensation
Pay: $44.00 - $52.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

Responsibilities
- Analyzing, researching and drafting briefs
- Addressing sophisticated legal issues in complex litigation
- Motion work including motions for class certification, motions to dismiss, summary judgment and pre-trial motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions
- Interfacing with clients and opposing counsel
- Attendance of hearings
Requirements
Experience:
- Civil litigation: 3-5 years (Required)
- Class action work: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- California Bar License (Required)
