- Bloomberg LP is hosting the Discover Bloomberg: Data event on March 10th at our Princeton, NJ office.
- This exploratory program is designed for current college sophomores and juniors interested in launching a career in data.
- Accepted applicants will gain valuable insights into Bloomberg, receive a fast track application for the 2024 internship or full-time opportunities, and learn more about our company.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Manage financial data that feeds into Bloomberg products.
- Extract, transform, and load data across various Bloomberg platforms.
- Identify workflow efficiencies and implement technical solutions.
- Build relationships with key players in the financial market.
- Provide exceptional customer support and assist with data queries.
- Implement programmatic data validation.
- Design and manage workflow configurations for critical functions.
- Monitor financial market developments and generate premium content.
- Lead projects to optimize processes and improve data quality.
- Track and report on operational results using statistics and data visualization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Engineering to Sales on product development.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Studying to achieve a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, STEM, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Passion for data, technology, and finance.
- Previous experience or academic background in data analysis, financial market research, or information technology.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or related languages.
