Compensation
- Full-time position
- Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Works with buyers through the home buying process.
- Responds to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, etc.
- Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors.
- Blocks out distractions and listens intently during conversations.
- Builds rapport to create a sense of comfort and familiarity.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Shows homes, sets up searches for buyers, and drafts contracts.
- Attends inspections, walk throughs, and closings.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule.

- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

- Basic understanding of computers and navigating the internet.
