Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our team at our CBD Manufacturing Lab. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of brands and marketing materials such as packaging, labels, brochures, and digital assets. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design while staying within industry wide compliance regulations. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Having a strong verbal communication presence is a must!

Compensation

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative briefs and design concepts for various marketing materials
  • Create visually compelling designs that align with the company or white label brand guidelines
  • Communicating with clients to gain knowledge about their branding needs
  • Design packaging and labels for our CBD and natural products that meet regulatory compliance
  • Develop designs for brochures, flyers, and other print collateral that effectively communicate our brand messaging
  • Create digital assets for our website and social media channels
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that all designs align with product specifications and packaging requirements
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight and sometimes quick deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software updates, and best practices
  • Manage the approval process for product and marketing materials, providing regular updates and ensuring timely approval
  • Ensure all marketing materials are reviewed and approved by brand owners before release
  • Track and document paperwork such as purchase orders, contracts, and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of printing processes and materials
  • Well-versed in creating and managing WordPress and WooCommerce websites
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the CBD industry and regulatory compliance a plus
