  • $20 per hour


  • Research contact information for board members and associations as well as real estate developers (including the use of Google, Google Maps, People Search Engines, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
  • Input data onto a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel.


  • Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Experience in data research a plus.
  • Ability to retrieve customer information quickly and accurately in company computer systems.
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Goal minded; a self-starting drive to get the job done.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn from others
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
