Responsibilities
- Research contact information for board members and associations as well as real estate developers (including the use of Google, Google Maps, People Search Engines, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
- Input data onto a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Experience in data research a plus.
- Ability to retrieve customer information quickly and accurately in company computer systems.
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Goal minded; a self-starting drive to get the job done.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn from others
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
