Job Overview
Join Norfolk Festevents, Ltd., the region’s premier special events organization, and be part of a team that helps make our region a great place to live, work, and play! We are currently hiring for several part-time seasonal positions in various departments.
Compensation
- Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Job Types: Part-time, Internship
- Benefits:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities
Production Department:
- Set up festival equipment, stages, and park decorations
- Ensure visually appealing and safe events for guests
Sales Department:
- Regulate vendor load-in and load-out
- Equip and support vendors during events
- Manage bar sales, inventory, and setup
Marketing Department:
- Coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Provide customer service and information hub for events
Programming Department:
- Assist with booking artists and organizing exhibits
- Support performers and manage festival set-up, themes, and decorations
Requirements
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
