Job Overview

The HR Manager at Naples Grande Beach Resort will be primarily responsible for the recruitment and retention plan of the property. Other duties will include training, employee relations, and benefits. This is a salaried position with day shift hours, primarily Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend/evening availability.

Rate of Pay: Salaried position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
  • Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with departments to provide training programs
  • Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Must have at least one year of progressive HR management experience
  • Must have at least one year of employment/recruitment experience
  • Prefer hospitality or HR-related degree or professional certification
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Must be computer literate and able to perform data entry

Physical Requirements

  • Position requires sitting for long periods of time
  • Position requires walking and climbing stairs
  • Position may require standing for long periods of time
