Kidd Carr & Company is a Boutique Interior Design Firm that specializes in High End Residential Projects located in Chadds Ford, PA. We are seeking an enthusiastic, design-oriented, passionate Interior design office assistant to join our in-house established design team.

Compensation

• Job Types: Part-time, Internship
• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • 2-3 days / week, 4 hours per day
  • 4 hour shift
• Ability to commute/relocate:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Experience:
  • Administrative experience (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (Preferred)
• Work Location: One location

Responsibilities

• Daily approved social media posts (facebook, Instagram, linkedin, etc).
• Assist with all Marketing needs including - social media, website and portfolio updates, gaining new Public relations editorials.
• Seeks new avenues for public relations including - magazines, House design shows, TV appearances.
• Professionally answer calls and emails.
• Scheduling and following up with clients.
• Assisting the design team with measuring projects.
• Closing out client projects (Final invoice, photography, thank you gifts and maintaining clients for their next job.
• Acquiring samples and daily communication with vendors.
• Creating, maintaining and emailing prospective clients, architects and builders.
• Creating and maintaining Marketing / PR leads.
• Finding new ways to capture leads.
• Pick and deliver samples, products, fabrics and other items.
• Keeping the showroom organized on a daily basis.
• Manage all shipping.
• Closing out client projects (Final invoice, photography, thank you gifts and maintaining clients for their next job.

Requirements

• Social media expert
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Computer software Microsoft suite (outlook, word, excel, teams) Design Manager software
• Knowledge of Quickbooks
• Knowledge of Accounting
• Extremely Organized and self-motivated
• Willing to travel and drive in tri-state area
