Compensation

Primary Location Base Salary Range: $143,500 to $165,700 USD

Base salary ranges are a guideline used to determine appropriate pay. Placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable commission plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a catalogue of programs and classes for orthodontists, dentists, and other specialties.
  • Allocate staff and facilities to maintain efficient use of our resources.
  • Manage the Curriculum accreditation updates through regular and efficient communication with third parties.
  • Own and maintain the timetable throughout the year in conjunction with the Director and communicate any changes will all parties involved.
  • Work with the Director to establish agendas, maintain the timetable for rooms, staff, classes, subjects, and scheduled activities.
  • Maintain accurate student enrollments and CE accreditation requirements and reports.
  • Be responsible for creating follow-up groups and support team.
  • Manage and/or delegate additional administration duties and provide general assistance including managing course materials and inventory as needed.
  • Provide Curriculum data & reports for the Senior Leadership Team and other staff upon request.
  • Clearly define roles & responsibilities for various stakeholders within early program development stages.
  • Lead special projects and programs that require cross-functional engagement with key teams across the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement programs/plans designed to increase existing business and capture new business.
  • Drives programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or other department members.
  • Lead and organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Works collaboratively to pinpoint doctor objectives based on where they are in Invisalign journey and place in appropriate education curriculum.
  • Utilizes tools and resources to achieve key results with the internal team and partners, which will strategically drive overall success.
  • Coordinate recruitment, orientation, assessment, and graduation activities.
  • Work closely with attendees to provide pre, during and post-attendance instructions, itinerary, and support.
  • Manage the budget accordingly to stay on plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Education or Event Management; or combination of education and equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience in program education management including accreditation of curriculum.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • 6+ years of directly related experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills).
  • Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed.
  • Ability to shift focus and quickly adapt to changing priorities within the company.
  • Needs to act with consideration of time and makes decisions that keep the process moving forward at an appropriate pace.
  • Strategic Thinker and highly Organized.
  • Demonstrating Leadership & influencing skills.
  • Solid problem-solving ability and ability to manage details.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
  • Data analytics oriented.
  • Will be required to be on-site and travel to deliver educational events as part of structured campus programs.
