Job Overview
- Fellowship duration: May 30th-August 18th, 2023
- COVID-19 Note: In-person work with some work from home available. Vaccination and face masks required for in-person work.
Compensation
- $900/week stipend
Responsibilities
- Organize and expand curriculum for future school expansion
- Develop and create lesson plans
- Update decks with creativity and culturally relevant content
- Design social media assets for Instagram and Tik Tok
- Participate in weekly professional development responsibilities
- Attend virtual and in-person leadership training and gatherings
Requirements
- Commitment to working with underserved youth and marginalized communities
- Prior experience in social media/marketing preferred
- Background in education or an education major
- Commitment to continuous professional improvement and reflection
- Resourcefulness and initiative
- Passion for the social sector
- Patience and tolerance to address problems
- Integrity and ability to work independently and in a team
