Job Overview

  • Louis Vuitton is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for our New York City Corporate office.
  • The role involves managing payment and disbursement functions for all Louis Vuitton Americas entities, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing a team, accurately and timely processing expenses such as invoices and reimbursements, and monitoring transactions for potential improvements.
  • Additionally, the position involves managing corporate credit cards and Travel and Entertainment (T&E) reporting.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: USD $110,000 - $125,000 per year
  • Bonus opportunity

  • Hybrid on-site schedule available

Responsibilities

  • Review General Ledger Accounts and support audits.
  • Foster relationships with internal partners (Financial Planning & Analysis team, Accounting, IS&T, Tax, and Internal Control).
  • Continuously review departmental workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administer external A/P Programs.
  • Assist with month and year-end closing procedures.
  • Monitor and manage General Ledger Accounts owned by AP.
  • Provide coaching and support to AP Associates.
  • Partner with Department Sr. Manager for process implementation.
  • Manage 1099, 1042, and Puerto Rico process.
  • Maintain and update Finance-AP Intranet page.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Proficient in reconciliations and month/year-end closing procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounts and internal/external audits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
