Compensation

  • Salary Range: $68,850 - $128,885

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent college-preparatory instruction to all scholars

    • Develop and maintain a positive, achievement-oriented, supportive, and collaborative culture
    • Execute assigned curriculum and just-in-time supports
    • Engage in curriculum development and lesson planning
    • Welcome and incorporate feedback from coaching and guidance
  • Uphold Alliance Values and Standards of Excellence

    • Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset
    • Ensure timely and high-quality submission of school requirements
    • Provide a coherent and supportive classroom culture
    • Maintain accurate records for attendance, coursework, and assessments

Requirements

  • Hold any of the following credentials by August 1, 2023:

    • California Single or Multiple Subject Credential
      • If Multiple Subject Credential, must have a Social Science Authorization
    • California University Internship Credential Eligible
    • Proof of California Credential in Progress
    • Non-California Credential Transferring to California
  • Active California teacher certification in the assigned subject area(s) and a valid English Learner Authorization by August 1, 2023
