At HNTB, we are looking for a Research and Data Analyst who can collect, organize, and analyze raw data for our projects. As an employee-owned company with a long history of delivering solutions for complex infrastructure projects, joining our team means building communities that matter.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and collect raw data for projects
- Organize and analyze data using technical guidance and software
- Support project team members with tasks such as map development, presentation materials, and reporting
- Assist in the development of planning alternatives for urban and transportation projects
- Prepare plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents for transportation and infrastructure projects
- Participate in stakeholder and public participation processes
- Maintain project records, collections, and files
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong traffic forecasting, analysis, and data development skills
