Compensation

  • Pay: $32,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
  • Medical specialties: Pediatrics

Responsibilities

  • Direct implementation of individualized programs for children and young adults based on ABA principles and to increase functional skills such as communication, daily living skills, social skills, and play skills
  • Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent strategies to increase appropriate behaviors
  • Manage challenging behaviors through the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and consult with BCBA’s
  • Conduct Preference Assessment to identify potential reinforcers within sessions
  • Collect accurate data throughout the session for every skill and behavior being targeted
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when communicating with team members, clients, and families
  • Write and update daily session notes
  • Abide by the most current RBT Code of Ethics per the BACB
  • Effectively communicate with parents, caregivers, and other staff
  • Assist BCBA with day-to-day tasks
  • Abide by Limitless ABA LLC handbook
  • Maintain professionalism in highly stressful situations
  • Be active and engage with all children
  • Wear a face mask if requested by a parent or consumer

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Active and certified RBT via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Completion of a 40-hour training program based on the current RBT Task List
  • Pass the RBT Competency Assessment administered by a BACB certificant
  • Pay BACB to apply for RBT credential
  • Maintain yearly recertification
  • Active CPR/First Aid Certification Required
  • Comfortable working with children between the ages of 2-14
