Compensation
- Pay Range: $10-$16/hour
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations in the absence of the general manager or franchise owner
- Greet and assist guests
- Prepare bowls for each guest
- Provide top-notch acai bowl experience
- Answer phone calls and inquiries about the business
- Stock inventory and supplies
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Introduce first-time guests to Nautical Bowls
- Prep products for daily service
- Open and close the store
- Put others first and uphold Nautical Bowls' uplifting culture
- Lead and inspire the team of Deck Hands
- Hold Deck Hands accountable for their duties
- Ensure store operations and guest engagement are at their best
- Promote and embrace a healthy and active lifestyle
Requirements
- No experience needed
- Shifts: Day shift, Morning shift
- Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute or relocate to Bridgeville, PA 15017 (Preferred)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Work Location: One location
