Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to the design and implementation of Digital Marketing strategies, including web, email, and social media. Responsibilities include managing digital communications, social media strategy and management, analyzing marketing programs, designing communications tactics, and maintaining the Firm's digital platforms.

Compensation

Salary: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: New York, NY 10001 (Required) Application Question: Law firm or Legal Industry Experience

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Digital Marketing strategies, focusing on communications statistics, tighter targeting, and analyzing new business leads.
  • Manage the Firm's digital communications, including Client Alerts, from submission to distribution and analytics reporting.
  • Contribute to the Firm's social media strategy and management, suggesting new channels, increasing engagement, and managing paid social media program.
  • Track and analyze ongoing marketing programs and evaluate return on investment.
  • Design and implement communications tactics based on analysis of metrics.
  • Manage and maintain the Firm's digital platforms, including website and social media accounts.
  • Execute digital campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Encourage adoption of social media as a marketing channel by lawyers and provide training.
  • Manage campaigns and report analytics for paid social media advertising.
  • Handle additional related projects as assigned.

Requirements

Proficiencies:

  • Advanced knowledge of corporate communications and marketing principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and Website technologies.
  • Experience with managing and executing email campaigns.
  • Experience with managing social media platforms and paid campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF Creator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, professional services, or digital marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating and creating content for corporate intranets and websites.
