Compensation
- Starting FSW rate: $17 - 19/hour.
- Additional $3/hour pay rate differential for weekend work.
- Mileage reimbursement when working with clients.
- 40+ hours of paid/invested training in the first 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Transport up to 3-4 kids frequently using your reliable personal vehicle.
- Provide timely and streamlined communication.
- Facilitate change and support clients.
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle, cell phone, internet service, and optional computer/ipad/tablet.
- 2+ years of experience in facilitating change or a bachelor's degree in the human services field.
- Timeliness and streamlined communication skills.
