- Starting annual salary: $63,450

Responsibilities
- Systematize corporate partnership processes for accessing and acquiring GW talent, focusing on "direct to work" initiatives and partnering with Talent Development Program Team for unenrolled alumni opportunities
- Develop resources outlining talent pipeline programming and services from high school internships to gainful full-time employment for Genesys Works alumni
- Build partnerships with talent acquisition champions within existing corporate partners
- Identify and document companies' internal programming opportunities and talent pipeline strategies and timelines
- Establish partnerships with workforce readiness organizations such as apprenticeships, cooperatives, and short-term training/certification programs
- Maintain collaborative relationships with community groups and be a key site representative for GW Ready to Launch priorities
- Serve as the Account Owner for select corporate partners, managing the GWTC partner experience and facilitating engagement opportunities
- Prospect and cultivate corporate sponsors for events and initiatives in partnership with the Development Team
- Lead ongoing supervisor educational opportunities, training, and support
- Serve as a key liaison to the internal program team, providing tools and processes for escalation of workplace issues and delivering high-level training
- Monitor internship quality and facilitate relationships between corporate partners and GW's internal teams

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining partnership relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Comfort with working across various levels of organizational leadership including supervisors, sponsors, and C-suite leaders
- Project management skills with attention to detail and commitment to strategic planning
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and growth mindset

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
