Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our growing team as Sales Associates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide engaging customer experiences and contribute to our fun, competitive, and forward-thinking organization. No prior industry experience is required as a 5-month development program will be provided.

Compensation:

• Pay: Up to $1,700.00 per week
• Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Responsibilities:

• Complete a 5-month development program designed to get you ramped up on the industry.
• Acquire new business through brand awareness, aggressive lead generation, and outbound inquiry.
• Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all related accounts and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
• Train and manage a team of sales associates.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to build strong relationships with businesses and decision makers.
• Prior knowledge of sales cycles and strategies preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• An analytical problem solver who sees problems as opportunities.
