Job Overview

Mayo Clinic, the #1 ranked hospital in the nation, is offering the Graduate Research Employment Program (GREP) for individuals interested in biomedical research. This post-baccalaureate program provides a mentored research experience in a world-class biomedical research laboratory, along with opportunities for career development, networking, and presentations.

Compensation

  • Predetermined rate: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Gain valuable research experience in a biomedical research laboratory
  • Apply science, technology, engineering, or math skills to basic or translational research
  • Participate in selected graduate classes and seminars
  • Benefit from career development, mentoring, and networking opportunities
  • Present research findings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong background in science, technology, engineering, or math
  • Interest in biomedical research
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Authorization to work and remain in the United States without Mayo Clinic sponsorship
  • Current transcript submission required
  • Submit a 1-2 sentence statement of research interest

Note: Students who do not meet these criteria or are currently in Graduate or Medical School are not eligible. Applicants with advanced degrees above BA or BS may vary based on specific degree.
