Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, a track record of success in email campaigns, and the ability to create engaging email content that drives conversions.

Compensation

  • Pay: $35,731.28 - $83,534.49 per year
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
  • Schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Miami, FL 33179: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive revenue, increase engagement, and improve brand awareness.
  • Manage email databases, segment lists, and develop targeted email lists for specific campaigns.
  • Design and code emails using HTML and CSS that are optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Create compelling and persuasive email content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the brand voice and values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies to improve our email campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and email automation.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS for email design and coding.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write engaging email content.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret email campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker who can develop innovative email marketing campaigns that drive results.
