Job Overview
- Full-time, tenure-track appointment
- Strong teaching focus in Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field
- Provides leadership to division faculty and oversees undergraduate and graduate programs
- Responsible for chairing the undergraduate Behavioral Science major program, budget planning and administration, assessment oversight, course planning, mentoring adjunct instructors, and completing summer work
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver courses in a variety of formats, including online and hybrid modalities
- Teach core and specialized courses in the discipline area
- Flexibility in class scheduling to meet the needs of the college
Requirements
- Earned doctorate
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-time faculty member
- At least 3 years of administrative and/or operational experience in academic leadership roles
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, administration, and teaching
- All required documents must be submitted for the application to be reviewed
