Job Overview

  • Summer Junior Fellowship, Analytics
  • Summer Session: June 5th - August 11th
  • Havas Fellowship & Havas Forward provide a learning and development opportunity for university students (rising seniors)
  • Junior Fellows gain experience and training for a full-time position at Havas Media Group after graduation
  • Work on department-led assignments and collaborate on client-focused projects


  • $18/hr


  • Work with various teams across the organization from Planning, Analytics, Decision Science, and Data Engineering
  • Monitor and analyze media campaign performance
  • Provide strategic insights and campaign recommendations for optimization
  • Deliver regular reports to gauge effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns


  • Visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Understanding of online advertising planning, buying, and performance metrics
  • Experience with Web site analytics tools such as Omniture and Google Analytics
  • Programming or Database Management experience
  • Interest in Marketing Analytics and/or relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics, or Economics
  • Strong quantitative and research skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Office, especially Excel
