Compensation

  • Pay: $103,006.00 - $114,438.00 per year
  • Experience level:
    • 11+ years
    • 1 year

  • Schedule: Self-determined schedule

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and provide expert advice
  • Show properties and assist clients in the buying and selling process
  • Negotiate deals and manage the closing process
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction and future business
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate conditions

Requirements

  • Active real estate license
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
