Job Overview
A growing local business is searching for a part-time field technician to perform environmental inspections for Mold, Asbestos, and Lead in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
Compensation
- Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Benefits:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Supplemental pay types:
- Signing bonus
- Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience:
- Sampling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of buildings for Mold, Asbestos, and Lead
- Lift up to 35 lbs and access attics and crawlspaces
- Assist in new and remodel projects
- Maintain excellent communication skills
- Travel and use reliable vehicle
- Work part-time
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Mold, Asbestos, and Lead
- Willingness to inspect buildings for Mold, Asbestos, and Lead
- Ability to lift 35 lbs, access attics, and work in crawlspaces
- OSHA 10 certification is a bonus
- CAC, CSST, lead inspector certifications preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel with a reliable vehicle
