Advantage Healthcare Services is a fast growing healthcare company seeking a vibrant and motivated individual to play a key role in our data analytics team. This role requires someone who is well organized, detail oriented, independent, and can handle multiple tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should be career-driven, work well under deadlines, and demonstrate familiarity with Excel. This position will be supervised by our Data Manager and assist all aspects of the business from operations to implementation of new service lines to new acquisitions. Compensation

Starting Pay Rate: $18 - $21 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply analytical skills to create data reports supporting multiple teams in the organization
• Summarize data into presentations to educate stakeholders
• Work and manipulate multiple sets of data
• Query and extract data from multiple data systems
• Use excel formulas and pivot tables to generate schedule reports and adhoc requests
• Merge data from multiple sources to analyze and manipulate data
• Create and update presentations summarizing company findings
• Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• Familiarity with Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup, if statements)
• Ability to problem solve and produce creative solutions
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with large sets of data
• Available to work full-time and in-person
