Job Overview
As the Rockies Marketing Specialist at SWCA, you will play a key role in supporting proposal development and selling our environmental consulting services to clients across multiple industries. You will join our Marketing and Pursuits Resources (MPR) Team in the bustling Rockies Region, collaborating with offices in Albuquerque, Bismarck, Denver, Portland, and Salt Lake City. Together, we will develop and deliver proposals that highlight our team's expertise and unique value. This full-time position offers benefits and is based in Denver, Colorado.
Compensation
- Salary range: $21.79 - $28.09/hour
- Actual pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, location, client requirements, and other factors permitted by law
- Regular-status employees are eligible for performance bonuses

Responsibilities
- Provide proposal support assistance to proposal teams, including compiling tailored resumes, project descriptions, and qualification information
- Maintain Deltek Vision database data and other marketing software tools
- Review, distribute, and track daily bid solicitations
- Assist with opportunity and market research projects
- Support business development activities, such as research and data management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (degrees in other specialties are acceptable if relevance can be demonstrated)
- Prior marketing exposure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service-oriented and able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (preferred)
- Involvement in an association, volunteer organization, or internship (preferred)
- Experience managing data and populating databases (preferred)
- Experience working with Deltek Vision, SharePoint, or a comparable management information system (preferred)
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in the A/E/C or scientific industries (preferred)
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
