Compensation

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but here are a few examples:

  • Analyzing documents and procedures for cybersecurity regulatory compliance deficiencies or rule violations.
  • Learning about complex derivatives markets and evaluating documents, procedures, and financial statements for compliance deficiencies or rule violations.
  • Managing legal services and administrative functions in the General Counsel's office.
  • Supporting NFA's Centralized Data Science and Analytics (CDSA) team by managing data retrieval, storage, and distribution.
  • Protecting NFA's computer systems, networks, and data.
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications that support our regulatory mission.
  • Evaluating risk assessments and evidence for inaccuracies, deficiencies, or policy deviations.
  • Validating conceptual model assessments and implementing input data validation.
  • Performing backtesting and benchmark testing through review of technical papers and financial models.

Requirements

To be considered for any of these positions, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in the financial industry.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated from a college or university (specific educational requirements may vary depending on the position).
