Job Overview

The Retirement consulting team at our company is seeking interns to provide expertise in retirement consulting for global organizations. In this role, you'll work with clients to optimize the effectiveness of their employee retirement by designing, funding, investing, communicating, governing, and managing their retirement plans. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about the various services offered by Willis Towers Watson and how they enhance our retirement consulting practice.

Responsibilities

During this internship, you will:

  • Gain direct exposure to real client assignments and meetings
  • Utilize your imagination, creativity, and analytical skills to analyze data, solve problems, and develop solutions
  • Share your results and findings with the team
  • Expand your technical and industry knowledge
  • Develop problem-solving and communication skills
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team environment

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you should have:

  • Progress towards a Bachelors or Master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
  • A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (Junior standing preferred; Sophomores considered with relevant internship experience)
  • Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams is highly preferred
  • Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and sharing solutions to exceed client expectations
  • The ability to work independently as a self-starter, as well as within a close team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Acceptance of candidates graduating between December 2024 and June 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
