As an intern in the Analyst Development Program, you will have the chance to research, analyze, and recommend solutions that can impact business decisions at one of the leading property and casualty insurance companies in the country.

Compensation

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value across the national market and provides opportunities for growth and development. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan, which may include commission and/or bonus earnings based on factors outlined in the compensation plan.

Responsibilities

During this 10-to-12-week internship, you will:

  • Gather and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Enhance your skills and refine your business acumen in the fast-paced insurance industry.
  • Work both individually and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you should have:

  • 0-2 years of related professional experience.
  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience with technical programs, including MS Office suite (specifically Excel) and some knowledge of SAS, Python, SQL, and/or data visualization tools such as PowerBi.
  • Commitment to a full-time, 11-to-12-week internship program.
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States.
