As an intern in the Analyst Development Program, you'll have the chance to research, analyze, and recommend solutions that can impact business decisions in the property and casualty insurance industry.

Responsibilities
During this 10-to-12-week internship, you will:
- Gather and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative methods, both individually and as part of a team.
- Enhance your skills and business acumen in the fast-paced insurance industry.
- Explore the possibility of a full-time position at Liberty Mutual, a global Fortune 100 company.
Requirements
To qualify for this internship, you should have:
- 0-2 years of related professional experience.
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a desire to learn and grow.
- Experience with technical programs such as MS Office suite (especially Excel) and knowledge of SAS, Python, SQL, or data visualization tools like PowerBi.
- Availability for a full-time, 11-to-12-week internship program.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
