Job Overview

As a BCA Intern, you will support experienced professionals in providing transaction-related services to our clients. Gain hands-on experience in the financials and operations of various industries, as well as in executing investment banking transactions.

Compensation

Individual salaries offered are based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and geographical location:

• California Range: $31.00/hr - $39.00/hr
• Colorado Range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
• New York City/Valhalla Range: $32.00/hr - $36.00/hr
• Washington Range: $31.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Construct financial models focusing on transaction valuation work through comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, and other industry metrics.
• Assist in developing written documentation, including pitch books, offering memoranda, marketing collateral, presentations, valuation reports, and other transaction materials.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as industry research.
• Contribute to deal sourcing efforts by researching new and prospective clients and their respective industries.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Education:

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program, with a focus in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Completion of junior year of secondary studies is preferred.

Experience:

• Leadership experience is preferred.

License/Certifications:

• None required.

Software:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Language:

• No specific language requirements.
