Compensation

California Salary Range: $86,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients in areas such as IT Strategy and Transformation, Cloud Transformation, Agile DevOps, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Technology Business Management
  • Assist with projects involving strategy, implementation support, and optimization of information technology services, business process definition, security, and data integrity for business applications
  • Professional execution of software licensing engagements, including license compliance reviews, software license optimization, and software asset management (SAM) engagements across industries
  • Support day-to-day activities of engagements for various clients, including implementation of technologies such as ServiceNow, Apptio, Flexera, and Jira
  • Research next-generation technology trends and architectures

Requirements

  • Enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent program
  • Current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
  • Preferred exposure to Software Development Life Cycle with relevant technologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Preferred knowledge and awareness of Cloud technologies such as ITIL, AWS, Azure, GCP, SN
  • Understanding of IT organizations' operations and knowledge of tools used for managing IT software development, configuration practices, techniques, and cloud technology infrastructure foundations
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated quality service mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
  • Flexible and adaptable team player
  • Must be located within the U.S. when working remotely
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
