As a Strategy and Ops intern at Adobe, you will play a vital role in driving growth and sales success across our products. You will work closely with team leadership to deliver business reviews, improve operations, and develop growth strategies. Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 - $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can provide more information about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze opportunities to drive the business forward
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Product teams to develop and execute plans
  • Utilize data-driven business models to optimize operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to identify trends and develop insightful recommendations for growth
  • Prioritize and develop programs to capitalize on business growth opportunities
  • Lead and integrate multi-functional efforts to preempt and solve operational issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Enrollment in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
