Job Overview

As a Strategy and Ops intern at Adobe, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution that leads to growth and sales success across Adobe's products. You will work closely with team leadership to deliver business reviews, improve operations, and develop growth strategies. Your ability to analyze opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize operations using data-driven business models will be key to your success in this role.

Compensation

The pay range for this position in the United States is $37.00 - $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter will provide more information about the specific pay rate for your location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze opportunities to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Product teams to develop and execute plans
  • Use data-driven business models to optimize operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends and develop impactful recommendations for growth
  • Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities and develop programs to deliver against them
  • Preempt and problem-solve operational issues while leading multi-functional efforts

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
