Job Overview

The Health Care Compliance Summer Intern Program at Johnson & Johnson offers a comprehensive learning and professional experience at one of the world's leading health care companies. This program is designed to build a future pool of candidates for full-time entry-level Health Care Compliance Analyst roles. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on compliance assignments and gain experience in different departments.

Compensation

Anticipated base pay:

  • Sophomore: $21/hr
  • Junior: $22/hr
  • Senior: $23/hr
  • Master's degree: $29/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in various compliance elements including risk assessment, policy development, communications, training, monitoring, corrective action, and compliance committee meetings.
  • Complete projects to identify risks and improve the effectiveness of existing controls.
  • Use innovative data-gathering tools, data analytics, and visualization to enhance program efficiency.

Requirements

  • Permanent work authorization in the US (no sponsorship).
  • Commitment to a June 10, 2024 – August 2, 2024 internship timeframe.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising junior or senior.
  • Have a functioning and reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
  • Experience with MS Office Tools.
